Short answer:
Pauses are only granted in rare, admin-approved cases.
We continue paying for hosting, infrastructure, security, and other fixed costs even when a single license is paused. For that reason, pauses are not available when the service is operating normally.
Pauses may be approved when:
- A game update/patch temporarily breaks the cheat and it is not usable.
- There is a confirmed server-side outage or maintenance affecting the product.
Pauses are not available for:
- Personal reasons (vacation, exams, travel, etc.).
- Local device/network issues (OS problems, PC repair, ISP outages, antivirus conflicts).
- Any situation where the product is functioning normally on the server side.
If a pause is approved
An admin will apply it, and your expiration will be extended by the pause duration.
How to request a pause
Open a support ticket with your product name, license key, and a short description (include screenshots/logs if possible). An admin will review your request.
